Media Advisory: CMA to Release Survey of Physicians: 75 % Have Not Received Flu Shots for All Patients

WHAT: The California Medical Assn. will release a survey showing that 75 percent of doctors responding to a survey Nov. 3 said they still don't have all their flu shots for patients. More than 90 percent of these doctors treat high-risk patients. CMA will release its survey, and CMA and California Academy of Family Physicians will address the annual issue of flu immunization supply. They will call upon suppliers for a more equitable distribution process.
