CMA is sponsoring legislation (AB 142 (Richman) that would require health plans to pay fee-for-service for injectable medications.

In order to effectively advocate on your behalf, CMA needs information regarding the costs associated with various injectable medications, as well as the current level of capitation (PMPM) that Medical Groups/IPAs are receiving from the health plans.
