BEGIN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS To get started, click the "Start Registration" button below. If you are registering more than one person (including guests/spouses) you will be prompted to "add another registrant" once you've provided the primary registrant's information. Once you have completed the registration process a CMA staff member will send a confirmation via e-mail or fax. It is very important that your e-mail address and fax number are correct.
