Help Us Celebrate with a Tribute Ad

To honor our 150 years of “helping physicians help patients” we are proud to announce that we are producing a commemorative book. In this CMA anniversary book, we offer you the opportunity to pay tribute to your CMA in the way you see fit. You can honor fellow members, county societies, health leaders, health care achievements, and even your family and friends. This glossy, handsome commemorative book will be distributed to CMA’s members and beyond. Please join us in celebrating this major milestone in our history.

Also in this 150th year, the CMA Foundation will host its annual dinner dance during CMA’s annual meeting in October. The Foundation links physicians and their communities to raise awareness about important public health issues, including appropriate antibiotic use, childhood obesity, diabetes, smoking cessation, and health disparities. The Foundation has received nationwide acclaim for its pioneering public health campaigns, most recently receiving the CDC Award for Innovation in Appropriate Antibiotic Use Programs.

During the annual dinner, we will highlight the Foundation and its achievements; celebrate the inauguration of CMA’s new president, Anmol S. Mahal, M.D., and recognize our Community Health Leader of the Year. The printed dinner program, which will be distributed to the people in attendance, is the perfect place for you to congratulate the Foundation, Dr. Mahal, and the Community Health Leader of the Year. The money raised from this program will support the Foundation’s many efforts.
