During CMA's annual dinner, we will highlight the CMA Foundation and its achievements; celebrate the inauguration of CMA’s new president, Anmol S. Mahal, M.D., and recognize our Community Health Leader of the Year. The printed dinner program, which will be distributed to the people in attendance, is the perfect place for you to congratulate the Foundation, Dr. Mahal, and the Community Health Leader of the Year. The money raised from this program will support the Foundation’s many efforts. Ads placed in the dinner program are tax-deductible.

If you purchase ads in any size combination in both the 150th Anniversary Book and in the Annual Dinner Program you will receive 25 off the total cost.
